Project Introduction of Tianjin Workers’ Dormitory of China Construction Third Bureau Group
The Tianjin Workers’ Dormitory project of China Construction Third Bureau Group is an important construction initiative. The integrated houses for this project are manufactured and installed by our company, Huahengyuan Steel Structure. This is the eleventh project of our cooperation. The project started on June 17, 2024, and ended on September 13, 2024. These houses will be used as workers’ rest areas on the project construction site. The overall project consists of a total of 300 sets of houses.
The dormitory houses are designed with functionality and comfort in mind. Each house is constructed with sturdy steel frames to ensure durability and stability. The exterior is made of high-quality materials that are resistant to weathering and wear. The walls are insulated to provide thermal comfort and reduce noise.
Inside the houses, there are well-designed living spaces. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate multiple workers. Each room is equipped with comfortable beds, storage cabinets, and power outlets for convenience. There are also shared bathrooms and showers with modern fixtures to meet the daily needs of the workers.
The common areas of the dormitories are designed for relaxation and social interaction. There are lounge areas where workers can unwind after a long day of work. These areas are furnished with comfortable seating and tables. Additionally, there are outdoor spaces with benches and landscaping, providing a pleasant environment for workers to enjoy fresh air.
