On the busy international trade logistics line, the European standard hot rolled H-beams are getting ready to embark on their export journey to the Republic of Slovenia. The European standard hot rolled H-beams we are exporting have a specification of IPE300, and the material used is S275JR, which is produced strictly in accordance with the standard EN10025 – 2:2019. This high-standard material selection and production specification ensure that the H-beams possess excellent performance. Moreover, to further enhance their corrosion resistance, these H-beams have undergone hot-dip galvanizing treatment, with a zinc layer thickness of 200g (30um), enabling them to maintain good condition even in harsh environments, prolonging their service life and providing more stable and long-term building material support for customers.
The scale of this export order is considerable. Currently, it is in a situation where 270 tonnes are being shipped per month, and a total of 890 tonnes of goods will be delivered to the customer within three months. These H-beams have gone through numerous checks during the production process, with every step embodying the dedication and professionalism of the workers. From the screening of raw materials to the precise control of the hot rolling process, and finally to the galvanizing treatment, each step ensures the high quality of the products. Now, they have successfully passed various logistical tests, whether it is packaging, loading and unloading, or the stability during transportation, all performing excellently. Today, these H-beams, which carry the reputation of the company, were sent to the port, embarking on their cross-border journey. According to the logistics arrangement, the first batch is expected to arrive in the hands of the customer in two months, injecting new vitality into the construction projects in Slovenia.
